Goal and Objectives

“We are interested in building collaborative and cooperative relationships with all regional and global stakeholders and organizations. We are fully committed to working with all to spread knowledge and awareness of different civilizations, cultures and religions. We are determined to bring the UAE’s message of preventing extremism, racism, hatred and terrorism, and combating all forms of segregation and discrimination to the world. We see this as the foundation on which positive international relations are built and as an effective starting point for engaging all people in the struggle to achieve world peace.”

It is necessary to create a platform to support cultural exchange, develop cultural programs and projects, and promote mutual respect and understanding of different cultural traditions.

Our goal is to create a world-class film festival to promote the image of the UAE as a leader in promoting tolerance and peaceful coexistence in the world, as well as an open state for representatives of all religions and nationalities.

To do this, the film festival must achieve the following objectives:

Promoting the image of the UAE as a global model of a multi-faith and multi-ethnic country;

Strengthening the UAE’s role in addressing global challenges in international relations through the creation of intercultural dialogue;

Preserving and transmitting national and spiritual values and traditions — multiculturalism, tolerance and the strength of the UAE’s unity of diversity;

Contributing to the strengthening of global security, creating an atmosphere of mutual trust on the world stage through the implementation of a cultural project of international scope;

Development of the image of Dubai City as one of the most important centers of cultural development of the representatives of different nations and confessions.

Demonstration of the actual realities of Dubai to the world community and increasing tourist motivation and interest in the UAE culture through the organization of a world-class festival;

Demonstrating the UAE’s progressive and positive business climate on the world stage and strengthening the country’s position as a major business location.
